Tasting Notes
Colour – Clear, deep pink.
Nose – Clean, Pronounced, Sweet full-bodied tropical fruits dominate with slight resinous juniper in the background.
Palate – Sweet, Pronounced, Texture is mouth-filling and coats the tongue with a light pepper on the tongue, smooth in the back of the throat. Initial sweetness with a blend of tropical fruits that almost evoke strawberry laces, lime peel comes through in the mid-palate and blend with some of the more floral notes from the fruits. Simple finish with medium length.
