Aromas of toffee and malt develop further in the flavour, leading to an explosion of buttery caramel and rich creaminess, perfectly balanced by a light acidity and fruity banana notes.

These products are the fruits of the Saint Vincent Company’s (that’s the business behind the Islands Chocolate brand) efforts to kick start cocoa farming in St Vincent. Nutrient-rich, unused farmland leftover from the island’s once thriving banana trade has made the perfect environment. 

Today, the company is the largest agricultural employer on the island. They offer employees wages far higher than Fairtrade recommended rates, as well as career development opportunities. 

All Islands Chocolate is crafted with careful precision. Methods and recipes are tweaked to take into account the uber high quality of the cocoa, ensuring the exquisite natural flavours shine through.
