Sourcing the finest flavour cocoa directly from our partner farms in the Dominican Republic, we have been able to craft a cocoa butter of pure, developed flavour, without the need for deodorisation as is the norm in the industry. the result is a truly unique chocolate, prepared to hold its own in the Islands range.

These products are the fruits of the Saint Vincent Company’s (that’s the business behind the Islands Chocolate brand) efforts to kick start cocoa farming in St Vincent. Nutrient-rich, unused farmland leftover from the island’s once thriving banana trade has made the perfect environment. 

Today, the company is the largest agricultural employer on the island. They offer employees wages far higher than Fairtrade recommended rates, as well as career development opportunities. 

All Islands Chocolate is crafted with careful precision. Methods and recipes are tweaked to take into account the uber high quality of the cocoa, ensuring the exquisite natural flavours shine through.
