Brewing instructions: One spoonful for one cup, brew at 95℃/ 203 °F, 4-5 minutes for a brisk flavour.

Meet Ratna Rai of Kanchanjangha Farm who is the oldest employee in Kanchanjangha Tea. He was responsible for physically constructing the factory when it started and later running the fire oven for the dryer machine. Though he has worked more than 30 years, he still finds joy in the tasks he does in the factory that he constructed with his own hands. Due to his great contribution and his important role, Kanchanjangh has dedicated the first and most famous tea to him.
