Turmeric has a powerful ingredient called curcumin, which is best metabolized by the body when combined with pepper. Our Golden Milk is crafted by Kanchanjangha Farm and contains turmeric, pepper, cinnamon, and ginger. The taste is sweet, spicy and earthy with lots of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory benefits.
Ingredients: Organic Turmeric, Ginger, Cinnamon & conventional Pepper
Brewing instructions: Add about 2oz of hot water to 1-2 tsp of powder to a cup or bowl. Stir or whisk until its frothy/creamy, then add milk or milk alternative to taste. Enjoy!
Meet Pushpa who is hostess and cook for visitors to Kanchanjangha. Together with her husband Pharsuram and their boys, she looks after the house right next to the factory that also boards the guests. Pushpa is an amazing cook and a warm, calm person who makes everyone feel welcome.
