Rosemary contains carnosic acid, which can stimulate blood circulation to hair follicles, boost cell turnover and repair tissue damage thus increasing hair growth. Research indicates that lavender may exhibit anti-inflammatory effects and promote skin healing and collagen production. Rose petals are strong antioxidants rich in Vitamin C and E and promote healthy skin. Finally Biotin and Zinc are essential micronutrients for the maintenance of healthy hair, skin and nails.
The blend when brewed yields a pale infusion producing delicious sips steeped in notes of lavender and vanilla.

How to enjoy this tea
Steep 1 tsp per cup for 4-5 mins in 95-100° C water. A sweetener like honey can be added if preferred.
Mostly had hot. You could also try cold brewing for 8 hours in the fridge producing a light refreshing drink.
