Its a classic twist on a London Dry; bold on the juniper, refreshingly zesty, and hints of rosemary for a herbaceous finish.

Our Trees
For every bottle produced, a tree is planted. On each bottle a unique code tells you what tree was planted where and a little about the planting project. From fruit trees in London, to oak tress in Bristol, it's the local communities who benefit from our planting projects.
One tree can absorb up to 1.5 tonnes of carbon it it's lifetime. Making a bottle of vodka emits about 2.5kg of carbon. You could say each bottle of Sapling pays back over 535 times.

At Sapling two things are essential to their ethos – high quality spirits and love for the natural world. In most people's minds, these two things might be mutually exclusive.
Is saving the world not something that requires a bit more effort? Walking, instead of driving? Sorting out your recycling properly? Of course we all should do these things, but Sapling believe we can protect the planet while kicking back with friends, and doing the things we love.
That's why with every bottle of Sapling, the team plant a tree. A unique code on each bottle tells you what type of tree was planted, where, and a little about the planting project.
A recent study found that an average bottle of vodka uses 2.8kg of carbon before it reaches its customer. One of their trees can absorb up to 1.5 tonnes of carbon in its lifetime, making each of Sapling's bottles significantly carbon positive.
Made in the heart of London, Sapling use local ingredients to reduce transport emissions too. It is four times distilled from 100% British wheat with charcoal filtered, de-ionised water. The high starch content of the wheat leaves the fresh finish and a hint of natural sweetness that makes Sapling so easy to drink.
