Hand picked from olive groves in Tuscany, Italy.
Pour boiling water over 2 teaspoons of the olive leaf and infused for 10 minutes before straining and drinking.
Olive Leaf Tea Properties:
The leaves act as a vasodilator, relaxing blood vassals and helping to lower blood pressure. Olive leaf is a mild diuretic, promoting the elimination of water from the kidneys. It’s antioxidant properties make cell membranes more stable and less susceptible to destruction by free radicals. An infusion of olive leaf is also good for cleaning and healing cuts and wounds, sores and ulcers due to its antimicrobial properties. It also happens to taste delicious!
