Aruco is a naturally processed regional blend from the Aruco mill in Honduras, in partnership with Falcon Coffee. This coffee gives a smooth, rich and sweet flavour profile, which is well suited for all brewing methods. Making either a rich, well balanced espresso or rich, chocolatey filter coffee, this coffee delivers!
The Arcuo Cooperative, established in 2006 with 14 producers, is located in the town of Corquin, in the Copan Department, which lies in the west of Honduras, near the Guatemalan border. The producers established the cooperative as they felt their coffees were being under-appreciated by local buyers and they wanted to achieve prices that reflected the coffees they were producing. The name of the cooperative comes from Rio Aruco whose source is in the Celque National Park (home to the highest peak in Honduras).
Aruco supports its members with technical assistance, quality and yield improvement, and financial support while promoting responsible farming in harmony with the environment- the cooperative is organic certified!

Savour high quality, freshly roasted specialty coffee crafted with care courtesy of the Brew Crew.
Their whole business is built around making a real, tangible difference to producers based in multiple coffee-growing regions across the globe. Their range brings together coffees grown in Guatemala, Brazil, Uganda, Colombia, Kenya and Honduras.
For Brew Crew, sustainable coffee starts with great partnerships. They work with trusted coffee importers that have long-standing relationships with small-scale farmers and prioritise transparency and traceability.
Brew Crew also pays well above Fairtrade prices, to ensure farmers aren’t just earning a fee worthy of their quality product, but enough to invest into greener practices. This keeps things sustainable right at the start of the supply chain.
These impactful roasters also team up with their importers and award-winning NGOs to co-fund environmental, social and agronomy projects in the regions where their coffee growers are based. Funds from every single sale are poured into these initiatives – 10% of retail sales and 5% of wholesale sales to be precise.
Brew Crew continues their commitment to green values once their coffee is roasted and ready for your next brew, by using packaging that’s completely recyclable or compostable.
