How long do the macaroons last?
Our macaroons last for seven days at ambient temperature. You can put them in the fridge for up to seven weeks, but do make sure to take them out 20 minutes before eating to get back to the right texture.
Sea Change Prosecco heralds from the romantic Veneto region in north-eastern Italy and is made from the Glera grape variety. A sparkling wine that has taken the UK by storm in recent years, it’s a real crowd pleaser. It has a light, easy drinking style, flavours of elegant pears interlaced with a gentle spritz and is a silver medal winner. We think Sea Change Prosecco is a great way to enjoy a fantastic sparkling wine whilst also contributing to a great cause.

These melt-in-the-mouth macaroons fund the Macaroons that Make a Difference programme, which helps unemployed and disadvantaged youngsters get work experience, learn catering skills and build confidence.
Often these young people are care leavers, who may not otherwise get their break into this competitive industry. Miss Macaroon helps them overcome their barriers and excel – in their kitchens and beyond.
These macaroons are already amazingly tasty – but they taste all the better when you consider every bite helps to change lives.
With founder Rosie Ginday MBE bringing her fine art background into the patisserie, the macaroons look the part too. Neat and beautifully bright, precise colour matching is also a possibility thanks to their pantone system – the only one of its kind in the world.
