Premium Chinese Green Tea

This Chinese Sencha is a distinctive green tea that reflects its Japanese processing and Chinese terroir. The leaves are Long with a crisp dryness and grassy yet subtly floral scent.

Once brewed the tea is lightly yellow in colour with a slight sweet and grassy scent and a touch of floral-ness. It is subtly nutty sweet with a hint of mint. It is suitable for every day drinking.

Best paired with simple, light foods like steamed brown rice, fresh apples, or a clear-broth

How to enjoy this tea

Steep a tsp per cup for 2-3 mins in 85-90 deg; C water. Best had without milk.
