It's Our Planet Too
It’s Our Planet Too is here to help your little ones discover a love for the natural world and grow up to become eco heroes. They make fun eco activity kits which show kids how precious our planet is, empowering them to protect it in the future. Each one introduces a theme or an animal – like turtles, mountain gorillas and tigers – and will stoke their curiosity and wonder about the world.
The kits include crafty activities, fascinating facts, catchy rhymes and more. There’s always a crib sheet for grown-ups too, to give you the confidence to speak about the environmental theme inside with your kids. As you’d expect, It’s Our Planet Too cares about the impact their products have on the environment. All of their eco activity kits and notebooks are consciously created using only recycled, recyclable and biodegradable materials. Perfect if you like to avoid plastic kids toys and games.
It’s Our Planet Too wants to help expose children from all backgrounds to an element of environmental education they may not otherwise receive. They feel strongly that climate literacy should not be the preserve of the more fortunate in society but that it should be a priority to teach all children about the importance of conserving and protecting our planet. As a Social Enterprise, they commit to giving back and donate their activity kits to organisations, schools and directly to children who may not receive any eco education.
Count on It’s Our Planet Too for lots of eco fun and gentle education for little kids, all with an important mission behind it.
Kate Cohen has been green-minded since childhood and studied Environmental Science at university. But it was after having her own kids that the idea for It’s Our Planet Too came about.
Inspired by the kids books they were reading together, Kate began penning her own stories about endangered animals. It was the start of a mission to encourage kids to care about the environment and empower them to become little eco heroes.
Kate launched It’s Our Planet Too in 2020, using her creativity, storytelling and rhyming skills to captivate the imaginations and attention of little ones. Much of her inspiration comes from the animal kingdom, particularly the plight of endangered animals.
