Shichimi Togarashi, Japanese 7 spice: is used to season noodles, such as udon, soba or nape (hotpot). But bottles of shichimi are found on the table in many restaurants. Yakitori (chicken skewers) or gyudon (beef-topped bowl of rice) also taste great with shichimi added. You can also sprinkle it on tempura and other fried foods. We love to sprinkle it on the deep-fried chicken winges, eggs in the morning, smoked salmon on toast, avocado on toast! Its so good its easy to just sprinkle it on everything. Yum!
INGREDIENTS: Chilli, Sesame, Green Sichuan Pepper, Seaweed, Orange Peel, Ginger, Shicho Leaf, Salt, Japanese Plum.

Furikake: Japanese sprinkle it on rice, cooked & cold rice, vegetables, and fish, or used as an ingredient in onigiri. Great with ramen, We like it on our eggs or sprinkled on top of salads, gives that extra sexy crunch. We have also seen its to be added to fried chicken. If you're a fan of avocado toast you could try adding a dash of furikake, it'll blow you away. Sprinkle over rice, vegetable, fish or salads, we love to roll sushi rice balls and thoroughly coat them with furikake, serve them with a little side of pickled ginger and some wasabi.
