Sometimes we cannot be certain where a material originated. This is because where we sourced it from may not have kept records of it.
In most cases, multiple countries are involved. For example, a fabric may have grown in one country and milled in another.
We have marked where the last process was carried out. For example, the dry-waxed canvas was milled in Scotland, and the inner lining offcuts are from a production activity carried out in Kenya.

CLEANING & CARE ADVICE
To remove any stains, gently dab with a moist cloth. Leave to air dry.
Iron out any creases on the canvas using a low heat indirectly by placing a white muslin cloth or light towel that does not bleed dye on top of the section that needs to be ironed.
Though sisal is a sturdy material, the sisal panel is delicate and may sometimes crease if not stored well. To rectify this, make only the creased area slightly wet and flatten it out. Leave to air dry completely to avoid moisture collecting. Do not tamper with while wet and avoid friction against the sisal panel.
DO NOT steam the bag.
DO NOT put the bag in a washing machine.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
We offer free shipping within the UK. Expected delivery time is 3-5 business days with orders being despatched Monday to Friday.
We ship to the US and offer a standard and express service. Express should arrive within 3 days, customs clearance permitting. Standard should arrive within 6-7 days, customs clearance permitting. The cost of shipping varies between pieces and will be shown at checkout. Any import duties or charges issued by the customs authorities are payable by the customer. However, we do not expect you to be charged duties for items under 800USD as they are under the threshold.
We accept returns of unused products in their original packaging 14 days from when you received your item. The product must be in the same condition you received it in. Return requests should be sent to [email protected].
Please note that customers outside the UK are responsible for the cost of returning an item. We are unable to offer a refund on any import duties or shipping costs you may have had to pay to receive the item.
