Green Serving Platter
Our beautiful JUST stoneware plates have a contemporary design with a raised edges to help keep gravy and sauces on the plate. Our durable plates combine strong, clean lines with a slender shape perfect to set the scene for a beautiful table.
Style them with other pieces from the collection with table linen, natural wooden and marble serving boards for standout style. Or keep it simple for a minimal feel that focuses attention on the food itself.
Every piece is handcrafted on a wheel using traditional methods of pottery practiced in the Thimi area of Nepal for years. Thimi is one of the oldest and most important pottery-making villages of Nepal. Home to more than 100 potters, who have been working for centuries, keep this craft alive by passing it from one generation to another. Traditionally a caste-based occupation done by members of the Newar Kumale caste, bearing the surname Prajapati.

SO JUST SHOP curates accessories and homewares which create a better world for the women who make them. They thoughtfully source beautiful lifestyle products for their collection from female artisans in vulnerable and marginalised communities in 20 countries across the world.
Their business is built on having fair and ethical relationships with the women they work with. As well as paying a living wage, they offer opportunities for training and upskilling, especially in male-dominated skills. All this helps these talented artisans towards economic empowerment.
It also gives them the education and tools to provide for their families, which has a positive impact across their wider community. And ultimately, the whole country too, since they can make a sustainable and valuable contribution to the economy. It’s all-round good business creating ripples of change far and wide, which we love.
